Removing manufacturers deletes them from the database. You cannot remove manufacturers that are in use or have an EMR manufacturer associated with them.
To remove a manufacturer:
Navigate
to Inventory > Manage
> Manufacturers.
The Manage Manufacturers window opens.
In the Manufacturer column, select the manufacturer to remove.
Click Remove Manufacturer.
Note
If the Remove Manufacturer button is not available, the manufacturer you selected is in use or has an EMR manufacturer associated with it and cannot be removed.
Click
Yes to confirm the removal.
The manufacturer is removed.
Click Save.
