Use the Loadout Ticket Search window to search for loadout tickets. You can search for a loadout ticket using a variety of criteria:
loadout ticket Reference Number
loadout ticket Location (the header location)
Customer, Customer Group, or Customer home Location
billing Status
Loadout Date (i.e., date the inventory moved)
Date the loadout ticket was Created (i.e., entered into the system)
Products on the loadout ticket
To search for a loadout ticket
Navigate
to Accounts Receivable > Loadout Tickets.
Or click the Loadout Ticket toolbar
button.
The Loadout Tickets home form window
opens and all loadout tickets created today are listed.
Click
New Search.
The Loadout Ticket Search window opens.
Enter your search criteria:
Click
Search.
The Loadout Ticket Search window closes
and the search results are shown in the Loadout
Tickets window. If no results are found, the list is blank
and the message “No Loadout Tickets found” appears in the bottom left
corner.
