Use the Work Order Search window to search for work orders. You can search for a work order using a variety of criteria:
work order reference number, status, and type
work order location
customer, customer order number, or linked purchase order reference number
sales rep
date the work order was created (entered into agrē)
work order date (date the work order is effective)
products on the work order
To search for a work order
On
the Accounts Receivable menu, click
Work Orders. Or click the Work
Order toolbar button.
The Work Orders window opens and all
work orders created today are listed.
Click
New Search.
The Work Order Search window opens.
Enter the search criteria.
Tips
You can set your User Config Options to default to search <All Locations> or just a single location.
Show
WO with no Release Numbers Displayed only if company
config option“Use AR Release Numbers” option is turned on.
When checked, returns only active Work Order rows that are
blendable
with no Release Numbers.
Click
Search.
The Work Order Search window closes and
the search results are shown in the Work Orders
window.
If no results are found, the list is blank and the message “No Work
Orders found” appears in the bottom left corner.
