View Credit gives you an overall, read-only view of the customer's current credit situation. It displays:

customer credit limit

net balance

chargeable balance

value of chargeable unbilled loadout tickets

value of all unbilled loadout tickets (both prepaid and chargeable)

amount of prepayment remaining

To view credit:

Navigate to the Customer Account.

In the Customer Details section, click View Credit.
The Customer Credit Information window opens.

Click OK to close the window.
