I want to read the white paper (with lots of screen shots) on CRM Customer Relationship Management.

Any user who is allowed to view a document will also be allowed to download it.

Sensitive permission is meant for documents that not every user needs to view.

 

To setup Document Manager security:

Navigate to File > Security > Manage Roles.

To allow permission to manage Documents:
* everyone may not need this
