Use the Edit Loadout Ticket window to change existing loadout tickets.
Limits to editing Loadout Tickets are as follows:
The loadout ticket cannot be changed if the entire loadout ticket has been billed.
The Customer on the loadout ticket cannot be changed if:
you
are editing the work order from the Customer
Account
(name changes are done by editing from the home form: Accounts
Receivable > Loadout Tickets)
any product row is linked to a Work Order, Field Scout, or Custom Application
any product row has been sent to an Automated Blender
any product row contains Bill and Hold products or has been billed on an Invoice
any product row includes a Farm Field
A product row on the loadout ticket cannot be changed if:
that row has been billed
if
you added an inventory item to the loadout ticket and saved, you cannot
change it to a non-inventory item
Conversely, if you added a non-inventory item to the loadout ticket
and saved, you cannot change it to an inventory item.
You must remove the row and add a new row.
Tips
To view the audit trail of changes to a
loadout ticket, click History. The
Loadout Ticket History window appears.
The Created By box displays when
and who added the loadout ticket to the database.
The Updated By box displays when
and who updated the loadout ticket last.
To view the detailed audit report for the loadout ticket, click
Show Audit Trail.
To edit a loadout ticket
Navigate
to Accounts Receivable > Loadout Tickets.
Or click the Loadout Ticket toolbar
button.
The Loadout Tickets home form window
opens and all loadout tickets created today are listed.
From
the Loadout Ticket list, select the loadout ticket to edit and then
click Edit.
The Edit Loadout Ticket window opens.
Tip
If the loadout ticket you want to edit does not appear in the list, click New Search and change the criteria.
Note
While editing, you can also add new items to the loadout ticket.
Edit the data, and add, import, or link to products, services, and/or blends, or add additional information as needed.
To
edit items in the Product list, select the product, service or blend
to edit and then click Edit Row. When
you are finished making changes, click Update.
The product or blend window closes and the updated item appears in
the list on the Edit Loadout Ticket
window.
Tip
To remove an item from the list, select the item and click Remove Row. You cannot remove rows that have been billed.
Click Save.
