Managing CRM Activity Security

I want to read the white paper (with lots of screen shots) on CRM Customer Relationship Management.

 

Navigate to File > Security > Manage Roles.

Security for CRM Activities

To allow permission to use and to manage (specify the choices in the dropdown lists) CRM Activity Types and Categories, as well as use the Customer Activity window:

If a user does not have permission to create Credit (Sensitive) category CRM Activities, they will not be allowed to view or print them either.
