Use the Release Number Search window to search for release numbers. You can search for a release number using a variety of criteria.
release number line location and supplier
release number and status
release number date (i.e., the date the release number is effective)
products on the release number
Note
Entering criteria on this window to refine your search is optional. However, the more specific your criteria, the more specific the results. You can specify one or many pieces of information for which to find. If you do not enter any criteria, all active items are listed. Depending on your inventory and configuration settings, the search could result in a list of hundreds or thousands of items. If too many items are found, agrē asks you to narrow your search.
To search for a release number
On the Inventory menu, point to Manage and then click Release Numbers.
The Release Number Search window opens.
Enter your search criteria.
Click Search.
The Release Number Search window closes and the search results are shown in the Release Numbers window. If no results are found, the list is blank and the message “No Release Numbers found” appears in the bottom left corner.
Tip
When searching for Purchase Invoices, results can be filter by Release Number.
