The SRP Price Level must be set in order for agrē to use the FCL pricing data that is updated from CRS Hub.
When determining prices, agrē goes through every other price level first and if no price is found the SRP price is used.
Promotional pricing is received from the FCL Mainframe via CRS Hub during process updates.

This is something that you will do only once.
To set the SRP & Promo Price Levels
* indicates a required field
Navigate to Inventory > Manage > Price Levels.
The Manage Price Levels window opens.
Check the box next to SRP Price Level and type FCL SRP*.
Click Save.
The Manage Price Levels window closes.
