Use the Loadout Tickets window to delete a loadout ticket; however, a loadout ticket cannot be deleted if any of its rows have been billed.
Once you delete a loadout ticket, it cannot be undone, but deleted data can be viewed in the Audit/Admin data exports.
To delete a loadout ticket

Navigate
to Accounts Receivable > Loadout Tickets.
Or click the Loadout Ticket toolbar
button.
The Loadout Tickets home form window
opens and all loadout tickets created today are listed.
(loadout tickets can also be deleted from the customer
account)
From
the Loadout Ticket home form list, select the loadout ticket to delete
and then click Delete.
The Delete Loadout Ticket window opens.
Tip
If the loadout ticket you want to edit does not appear in the list, click New Search and change the criteria.
Deleted loadout ticket information can be viewed in the Audit/Admin data export for Deleted Loadout Tickets.
Note
If the Delete button is not available, the loadout ticket you selected is in use (most likely it has already been billed on an invoice)and cannot be deleted.
Specify
the reason* for deleting the
loadout ticket.
Click OK to confirm the deletion.
The loadout ticket is deleted immediately.

Click Cancel to cancel the deletion.
